DID YOU KNOW that less than 6% of the funds raised by the PTO through the Tiger Fund campaign go toward PTO administration needs? More than 94% of the funding generated by the Tiger Fund goes directly toward our school and helps DES become a top elementary school in Dunwoody. In addition, the PTO raises some funds by your attendance at our spirit nights, your purchases at our book fairs, redemption of Box Tops families submit, and donations from community businesses.

These resources benefit every student at DES. The PTO depends upon active participation by our parents to continue these efforts. We urge you to consider contributing to the Tiger Fund today if you haven’t already, and being an active parent at your child’s school.
